After a total knee replacement I had extreme tightness in my leg and knee. Nicole worked wonders on getting the scar tissue loosened up and made my recovery better and quicker!!!

KerryAnne was excellent. She made such a difference in my upper back, forearms and neck. Very professional and knew what she was doing to alleviate pain. I went to Lisa Jo at The Body Mechanist for my first waxing. She made sure I was super comfortable, she's super professional and fun to chat with (a great distraction), and she is fast! Nichole gets this old worn out body that’s stiff and can’t move without pain, and in an hour she’s dug out all the knots and loosened everything up to the point where I feel like a different person. I go for “regular maintenance” every 3 weeks. It’s what keeps me moving. They also offer wonderful spa services that unfortunately I’m unable to take advantage of very often, but the results are equally amazing. Highly recommended no matter what your age or complaints, you will find relief!

Nichole Cross is one of the best Massage Therapist in the business. i was in a serious auto accident over 5 years ago. Cracked 2 vertebrae , C-1, C-2 in my neck. Because of Nichole's wonderful care and expertise I was able to recover from this injury. I have referred many friends of mine,to her, and they are extremely happy with her.

Nichole worked all the tight muscles in and around my neck. She knows just where to go and can feel tighter areas that need the most attention. Just what I need to help release my neck and make it feel better for months after, not just days.

I have a long history of back pain. I've had many massages from many people. None compare with Nicole! Her anatomical knowledge is vast, her understanding of pain is empathetic and her ability to help is unsurpassed!

After suffering for over a year with foot pain, seeing my orthopedic Dr., x-rays, MRI, PT I called Nichole. She did more for me in 1 visit than PT did for me in 8 visits. Nichole found a tangled mess of tendons/muscles that isn't the plantar and Nichole got right in there with her tools. I told the Dr. and PT that I felt my problem was more than plantar fasciitis. The lesson I learned is to call The Body Mechanists 1st!!!!

Sue is a magician. She knows her stuff and gets really deep into the muscle. I walked in with some neck pain and tight hips and she was able to alleviate all my pain. I only went for a 30 minute and she was able to conquer my whole body. I think next time I’ll ask her to focus on single half of my body next time so each part gets more focus.

I recently had a massage with Nicole. She listened carefully to what my concerns were, and worked to improve the tight muscles in my neck and shoulders. I was pretty sore the next day, but my mobility and stiffness improved. Be aware that they lock the front door when they have clients. I did knock pretty loudly but nobody heard me. Since it was my first time there and I was a bit early, I went and got a cup of coffee and came back. By then there was someone there to let me in.

I've been going to Lisa for over a year now. She is amazing! She's professional and makes you feel super comfortable. This was my second session with Sue mostly focused on issues with my shoulder. My range of motion has improved so much it's incredible! Sue frequently asks if the intensity level is okay during the session. She's very skilled and knowledgeable. I highly recommend her!

I am a frequent flyer on Nichole's table, getting a 90 minute therapeutic massage every 3-4 weeks. This past visit, I was experiencing major jaw pain from myTMJ. Nichole asked a few pointed questions, consulted her magic book, and massaged the tension out of my jaw from the inside out! I had surgery on my lower back 2 yrs ago and have been in agony ever since. Too much surgical scar tissue has lead to a ton of inflammation and constant muscle spasm. Miserable. This was my first therapeutic massage at the Body Mechanist and my therapist was Sue. I went in experiencing about an "8" on the pain scale throughout my body due to Fibromyalgia. After 90 minutes, I left feeling so much better with my pain level reduced to about a "5". Sue knew just how much pressure to use and I couldn't believe she hit all of my "hot spots". I highly recommend this spa!

She came to the conclusion that it made no real sense to wax my eyebrows. She paid close attention and stated "I do not want to take your money you do not have enough brow, I am going to give you a stencil kit, come back an let me know if it worked." Guess what?! Nicole's techniques were wonderful, she knew exactly what I needed. My main issue that was addressed was my Carpal Tunnel. I feel she addressed it perfectly! She also used a new technique called Cupping and it felt wonderful. I had never heard of it, what a great feeling.

I thoroughly enjoyed my one hour session at Yhe Body Mechanist. As a person with a stressful life, my head, neck and shoulders carry a lot of tension. Nichole concentrated on these areas in my session and I can confidently say I have experienced some relief in my TMJ symptoms and my headaches. I am looking forward to my next session.

Getting your lady parts waxed can always be a little weird, but it was completely painless with Nicole. Speaking of painless...hard wax is a miracle substance. I will never go to a person who uses honey wax ever again; hard wax doesn't pull at your skin, so you're not left waddling home. She's really thorough, checks in with you to make sure you're comfortable and satisfied. I plan on going to Nicole every single time I need a Brazilian. Well worth the (wicked reasonable) $60.

Nicole was HIGHLY recommended by a few people that I know. Went in with a sore and tight hamstring that kept me away from doing crossfit. She was knew her craft and was very professional. My leg and everything else feels better. Will be back regularly.

I went to see Nichole Cross after I had been struggling with pain in my knees for two weeks. I am a runner and a crossfitter and my body most certainly goes through a lot. After a 30 minute session with Nichole, I am feeling like a new person. I spoke to Nichole about the tremendous pain i have been having. She educated me on Muscle and ligaments and how they work. The area that came up was my latissimus. Almost instantly after massage started we knew this was the area of concern. I felt pain and relief all at one time. There is no one other than Nichole whom I would allow to work on my muscles. 38 years experience training and teaching, 30 years getting deep tissue massage, you have a choice drugs, operation, chiropractor or actual repair and maintenance. you will spend $75 on a front end allignment, how about on your one and only body, its just common sense and learning about real deep tissue massage, by the way, Nicole is one of the best around !
