Choose where to begin

Choose care for what matters to you

Start with the service that feels familiar, whether you are coming in for bodywork, skin care, or grooming. Tell us what is bothering you and what you hope to change. We listen, assess, explain the approach, and check in with you throughout your visit.

If your concern could benefit from care across several visits, your practitioner may recommend a Restoration Care Plan. You will review the schedule together and adjust it as your care progresses.

01 · Nichole, Sue & Kerianne

Clinical Massage

Clinical bodywork is booked by time. Tell us what is bothering you, whether you want us to concentrate on one area or work throughout with extra time where it is needed. We assess first, agree on a focus, and adapt the work as we go. The Human Restoration Method™ guides how we practice; Neuromuscular Restoration Therapy™ (NRT™) supplies the hands-on techniques used in your Clinical Massage.

Focused on my concern

“Concentrate on this area.”

Spend most of the time on what is bothering you and the areas that may be connected to it.

Whole body, with a focus

“Work throughout, but give this extra time.”

Work across the body with purpose, paying attention to what we find while keeping your main concern central. This is whole-body clinical massage, not a preset relaxation routine.

New to us? We recommend 75 or 90 minutes for your first visit. That gives us time for your health history, questions, consent, assessment, and meaningful hands-on work.

Choose your time

The descriptions help you choose. They do not limit what your practitioner can assess or discuss with you.

30 min
One area, one focused visit.

“I have one spot I want us to work on.” Especially useful when we are continuing care already underway.

45 min
Your concern, plus room to work around it.

“This is the main problem, but I think a nearby area needs attention too.”

60 min
Flexible time for a primary concern.

“Here’s what bothers me most. Follow what you find and use the time where it matters.”

75 min
More time to talk, assess, and work.

“I’m new here, or I want you to work more broadly while keeping my main concern central.”

90 min
Room for several concerns or thorough whole-body work.

“Work throughout my body and still give real time to the areas that bother me most.”

If you already work with Harris, or want focused fascial work for restrictions, postural strain, athletic demands, or areas that feel stuck after injury or surgery, start here. Unsure whether Clinical Massage or Harris’s work fits? Call us and we’ll help you choose.

After we understand what is bothering you and what you want to accomplish, your practitioner may recommend a Restoration Care Plan. Together, you will discuss the timing and focus of each visit and reassess as your care progresses.

3 visitsAcute Care

Three visits, each 7–10 days apart.

6 visitsStructural Restoration

Four visits 7–10 days apart, followed by two visits 14–20 days apart.

9 visitsFunctional Optimization

Five visits 7–10 days apart, followed by four visits 14–20 days apart.

Your practitioner will explain why a plan may help, what to expect during the visits, and when you will review progress together.

How we practice

HRM™ guides the decisions. NRT™ is the hands-on work.

In Clinical Massage, Neuromuscular Restoration Therapy™ is the application of that thinking through hands-on techniques selected for your goals and what your body presents.
